View fullsize We’re really leaning into autumnal browns this week. This is a delicious dish of Girolles in a Cream Sauce with Bread Dumplings. Who doesn’t love a dumpling?
View fullsize Monkfish, Stewed Peppers, Rice & Aioli. This dish is inspired by the Portuguese monkfish rice dish which I, cold and soaked to the bone, ate in Lisbon one rainy January evening back in 2015. Life flowed back through me afterwards.
